The Guidance You Need
Buying a home is one of the most exciting times in your life. So many hopes, dreams and goals. It can also be one of the most stressful. Our goal when representing you in the purchase of a home is to guide you through the entire process, step-by-step. We joke that we are part counselor, part Realtor. You’ll find that is so true. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
STEP ONE:
CONTACT LINSEY to schedule a home selling consultation.
STEP TWO:
GET PRE-APPROVED with a local lender. Linsey has great recommendations for lenders she loves working with.
STEP THREE:
START SHOPPING! When you see a home you would like to see, let Linsey know. She’ll set it up right away! Linsey will also do her own search and find houses that you might not find.
STEP FOUR:
MAKE AN OFFER. When you find the right house, Linsey will guide you through the offer process, including: - Pricing strategies
- What to do if there are multiple offers
- Reminding you of your goals
- Ways to make your offer appear stronger.
STEP FIVE:
OFFER ACCEPTED. Once your offer is accepted (whoohoo!) we’ll jump into the next steps of walking you through the process to your new home!
